New SACE Board website
The SACE Board will launch a new website (see picture below) in January 2010, with the same web address but a renewed design based on feedback from key users, especially teachers.

Benefits of the new site include easy and intuitive navigation, clear and up-to-date information, attractive design, and the ability to set up a web page with links to your favourite documents and resources.

Professional development in 2010

A new series of workshops for teachers of new SACE subjects will begin in Term 1, 2010.

Online registrations will open from January 18 for these workshops. The series will cover a range of areas including an introductory workshop for new teachers, and Learning Area workshops for teachers of new Stage 2 subjects, including the Research Project.

New SACE information for schools
The SACE Board has prepared a comprehensive set of communication materials about the new SACE which schools will receive in January 2010.

Along with the revamped SACE Board website, new communication tools will include a magazine for students, a teacher kit and a school leaders’ kit.
